Britain deports Irish nationals to Romania

A Romanian woman who has an Irish passport has been deported with her two daughters from Britain.

Tanya Dura, who is married to an Irishman, was flown back to Romania on Monday.

She said: "I have the right to stay because I'm an Irish citizen but they wouldn't believe me".

The Irish Embassy in London has confirmed that the family's documents are authentic and is now in contact with the British authorities.
