The book of evidence is due to be served later this morning on murder suspect Graham Dwyer.

Book of evidence to be served on Elaine O'Hara murder suspect

The book of evidence is due to be served later this morning on murder suspect Graham Dwyer.

The 41-year-old architect from Kerrymount Close in Foxrock is accused of murdering Elaine O’Hara in Dublin in August 2012.

Theremains of the 36-year-old childcare worker were found in the Dublin mountains last September, more than a year after her disappearance.

If the book is ready today, then Mr Dwyer can be sent forward for trial.
