Bodies found on island in Meath's Lough Sheelin

The bodies of two men have been found on an island on Lough Sheelin in Co Meath.

It is understood the remains are those of two men who went missing from Dublin in April.

32-year-old Eoin O'Connor and 33-year-old Anthony Keegan both from Coolock had travelled to a meeting in Cavan.

Gardaí are also concentrating on a house in the Meath which is a suspected crime scene.

A car belonging to the two men was found at Lough Owel, outside Mullingar, Co Westmeath last month.

An incident room has been set up in Kells Garda Station.
