Between six and eight devices have been defused by the British army at Stormont after loyalist Michael Stone stormed the building, Northern chief constable Hugh Orde said.

Between six and eight devices have been defused by the British army at Stormont after loyalist Michael Stone stormed the building, Hugh Orde said.

Mr Orde said: "Their potential for death, destruction and injury is being assessed. They are fairly amateurish in design - that does not make them any less dangerous."
