Barry Cowen: Who's ridiculous now, Leo?

Fianna Fáil has claimed that Minister Leo Varadkar compared water meters to e-voting machines during their Government negotiations.

Micheál Martin says Minister Varadkar claimed that the meters were their e-voting machines - times 10.

Minister Varadkar has insisted that his comments are being taken out of context.

This was denied by Fianna Fáil's Barry Cowen.

"It's an accurate reflection of the comments that were made at different times during the course of our debate," he said.

"He described our stance on water to be ridiculous - who's ridiculous now?"
