Arrest made after man is killed in hit-and-run
01/11/2009 - 13:42:55A man was knocked down and killed in a hit-and-run road accident in the North today.
The 23-year-old victim was struck on the Racecourse Road in Derry shortly before 2.20am.
A 22-year-old has been arrested in connection with the collision, which involved a black Volkswagen Passat.
The Racecourse Road has since been reopened.
