A Dublin man accused of murdering childcare worker Elaine O'Hara has been remanded in custody again this morning.

A Dublin man accused of murdering childcare worker Elaine O'Hara has been remanded in custody again this morning.

Graham Dwyer, aged 41, from Kerrymount Close in Foxrock and originally from Bandon, west Cork, appeared via video link at Cloverhill District Court.

He is to appear before Cloverhill District Court again via video link on January 15 where the book of evidence will be produced.

A Supreme Court appeal into Mr Dwyer's bail application will be heard tomorrow.
