The process took about 40 minutes. A total of 55 names were called, five potential jurors were challenged and 44 were excused, but 12 are now in place for the trial, which is expected to last six weeks.
Members of the public were told not to serve if they worked in banking, had held shares in Anglo or had strong feelings about the bank.
Aoife Maguire, retired company secretary Bernard Daly and former chief operations officer at Anglo Tiarnan O'Mahony are accused of f conspiring to destroy, mutilate or falsify documents relating to accounts of John Peter O'Toole.
There are also allegations against Ms Maguire and Mr O'Mahoney of conspiring to destroy records of six accounts and of conspiring to defraud the Revenue
The trial will begin this afternoon.
