All Ireland final bus strike looms as Dublin Bus talks continue

There remains no sign of a resolution in the long-running Dublin Bus pay dispute, with another strike looming this weekend.

Negotiators have spent the night locked in talks at the WRC in advance of this Saturday's strike on All Ireland Football final day.

Drivers are calling for a 15% pay rise while management had offered to abide by the labour court's recommendation of 8.25%.

Eleven more days of work stoppages are penciled in for October, including this Saturday.
