Talks between Aer Lingus management and the cabin crew union IMPACT have been deferred until tomorrow as the dispute over new rosters continues.

Last night talks adjourned without agreement, with sources saying that neither party are anywhere near a resolution.

In the meantime, the disruption continues for hundreds of Aer Lingus passengers, with up to 10% of the airline's daily schedule cancelled.

Passengers are advised to check the Aer Lingus website before travelling to the airport.
