Aer Lingus pilots face pay cuts, job cuts

Aer Lingus pilots face a 10% cut in basic pay as well as a number of redundancies under proposals recommended by an independent arbitrator.
The LRC has been involved in the talks process between staff and management at the airline on a deal that could save the airline around €30m.
It is believed the proposal includes a recommendation to make around 50 pilots redundant.
