The final progress report of the government's Action Plan for Jobs will be revealed today.

The final progress report of the government's Action Plan for Jobs will be revealed today.

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny, Tanaiste Eamon Gilmore, and Jobs and Enterprise Minister Richard Bruton, will announce the results this morning around 9.30am.

The action plan for jobs had promised to implement 270 specific measures last year to promote job creation in the economy.

The overall aim of the plan is to create 100,000 jobs by 2016.
