Accenture is set to hire around 250 people into its workforce in Ireland by September this year.

Accenture will be looking for professionals with digital and analytical skills –across key areas including SAP, Oracle and cloud computing, as well as candidates with industry expertise - across areas such as financial services, communications, media & entertainment and the food & agricultural sector.

The Dublin-based roles span a wide range of skills from experienced executives to entry level, the company stated.

"There is a wealth of talent in this country, and we are pleased to offer the opportunity to develop careers with Accenture," said Alastair Blair, Accenture’s country managing director in Ireland.

"We are seeking highly motivated, skilled individuals who share our passion and commitment to client service.

Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton TD said: "Technology is at the heart of our Action Plan for Jobs. "Today’s announcement that Accenture, a world-leading company in this area, is growing its operations in Ireland and creating 250 jobs is a further great boost for this sector.
