Ninety jobs are to be created at four fast-growing companies in Dublin, Jobs minister Richard Bruton has announced.

Adara Global, a digital marketing company, is taking on 30 more staff at its European headquarters in Dublin, while software provider eMaint is hiring for 25 positions, also in Dublin.

Elsewhere, Primeur, another IT company providing file transfer packages, is to create 20 jobs at its office in Ballsbridge in Dublin.

Nordeus, a games developer from Serbia, is recruiting for 15 new jobs at its customer relations, business and marketing operations centre, also in the city.

Mr Bruton said the jobs were the result of investment agency IDA’s switch of focus to helping rapidly expanding companies.

“A key part of the Government’s Action Plan for Jobs is ensuring that we attract more fast-growing start-ups and emerging companies to locate in Ireland, so that they establish deep roots here from early in their growth and make a major impact on our economy,” he said.

Barry O’Leary, chief executive of IDA, added: “We want to encourage the Googles of the future to come and set up in Ireland.”
