A 60-year-old man is due to appear in court in the North on foot of an arrest warrant issued by authorities here.

A 60-year-old man is due to appear in court in the North on foot of an arrest warrant issued by authorities here.

He is wanted in relation to a number of offences including grievous bodily harm, false imprisonment, threats to kill and violent disorder - which are alleged to have occurred in Dublin on June 9 2015.

The man was arrest by PSNI officers in County Armagh this morning following a planned operation.

He is due to appear at Belfast Extradition Court at Laganside today.
