430 members of the Irish Defence Forces are currently serving on Peace Support operations in 16 countries.
The largest troop mission is the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) where there are 199 Irish personnel serving.
A further 138 Defence Forces personnel are deployed as part of the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force in the Golan Heights.
The army also completed almost 1300 cash in transit escorts in 2014, as well as 139 special category prisoner security escorts until the start of this month.
