Twenty-nine people working at Irish Water are on salaries of more than €100,000.
Further details of wages and bonuses at the utility company have been released by the Department of the Environment.
The figures have been released following a question submitted by Labour TD Kevin Humphreys.
They also show 29 staff at Irish Water could earn bonuses of up to 15% of their salary, that 27 staff are paid car allowances worth more than €10,000 a year to use their own car and that managing director John Tierney's credit card had €10,000 charged to it last year.
The Government has written to Mr Tierney for details on what targets staff must meet in order to qualify for a bonus.
