At least 102 people were counted as sleeping rough on one night in Dublin in April, an increase of 12% on last year.
Of these - 84 were men, 16 were women and 2 were counted as unknown.
Focus Ireland has said that compares to 152 at the time of the last rough sleeper count in November.
At least 171 people were without a bed on the night of April 24. 102 of these were found to be sleeping rough, and the remainder in the homeless night café.
The Dublin Region Homeless Executive has 3,777 adults used emergency accommodation in the first quarter of this year.
One in five of those people were classed as newly homeless.
