Wilson: I'm not an alcoholic
02/02/2005 - 18:43:52Heart-throb actor Owen Wilson has slammed reports he is an alcoholic receiving intensive treatment to overcome his addiction.
The Royal Tenenbaums star freely admits he has attended Alcoholics Anonymous meetings in a research capacity, but he doesn't see himself as a recovering alcoholic.
Wilson says of his experiences: "It definitely helps people but it's probably not great for somebody at AA to talk to the press - and I don't think I'm an alcoholic."
