Lord Sugar is making an appearance in 'EastEnders'.

The business tycoon, who has his own show 'The Apprentice' to seek out entrepreneurs to work with him , will feature in a special episode of the BBC One soap this Friday as part of 'Children In Need'.

Alan tweeted photos of himself on set last week with Shane Richie (Alfie Moon), Nitin Ganatra (Masood Ahmed) and Perry Fenwick (Billy Mitchell), as well as posting: "Off to do some filming now at the set of EastEnders for a Children in Need sequence - hope to have some fun. Will let you know.(sic)"

The BBC have also confirmed on their 'EastEnders' website that he will joining the cast in Walford for the fundraising episode, writing: "Lord Sugar will be dropping in on Albert Square for an unexpected visit!"

Children In Need's 'Appeal Night', which starts at 7.30pm on Friday on BBC One will also include a special 'Top Gear' feature, a 'One Show' Rickshaw Rhallenge with Matt Baker and a whole host of performances from musicians and special takes on musical's such as 'Les Miserables' with Alexandra Burke and 'Shrek' with Amelia Lily.

The charity raises money to change the lives of disadvantaged children and young people in the UK.
