Movie execs consider 'Mamma Mia!' sequel
Pierce Brosnan and Meryl Streep in 'Mamma Mia!'
Hollywood is considering a follow-up to the runaway hit of the summer 'Mamma Mia!'
That would mean a return to the screen for Pierce Brosnan who co-starred alongside Meryl Streep, Colin Firth and Julie Walters in the ABBA musical.
The film, set around the songs of the iconic Swedish group, has proved so popular with worldwide audiences that Universal Pictures say they would be delighted to make a sequel, since there are still many more ABBA songs they could feature in a follow-up.
