Courtney Love's father Hank Harrison will sue his daughter if she alleges he gave her drugs as a toddler in her upcoming autobiography Dirty Blonde.

Courtney Love's father Hank Harrison will sue his daughter if she alleges he gave her drugs as a toddler in her upcoming autobiography Dirty Blonde.

Harrison is furious about Love's claims of a mistreated childhood, due to appear in her forthcoming journals which are being published by Faber and Faber.

The ex rock manager claims his "mean bitch" of a daughter can't have remembered what happened to her when she was three years old, despite also admitting she has a photographic memory.

He says: "Courtney is a brilliant artist with a photographic memory and a mass of talent.

"She can also be a mean bitch - although I put a lot of that down to her mother.

"I have been told she was given a $1m (€830,000) advance for her book.

"I know she has told other people I gave her drugs when she was three years old, which she cannot possibly remember and is absolutely untrue as I was an anti-drugs counsellor in the 1960s.

"But I fear what she might write now to make the book sell."
