Kim Kardashian shows off her 'lady lumps'

This pictures seemed to have achieved what we think she set out to do - attract more followers as she tweeted her delighted on reaching a whopping 16 million followers on the photo sharing site shortly afterwards and then promised fans some celebratory pictures in the next few days.
