Albarn and Hopper to record together
06/12/2004 - 14:14:59Damon Albarn has teamed up with an unusual choice of collaborator for a new tune - Hollywood veteran Dennis Hopper.
The 36-year-old Blur hitmaker met the actor, aged 67, at the Music Hall of Fame Awards last month and quickly took their new friendship straight to the studio.
A source said: "Damon asked Dennis if he'd like to get into the studio with him. Dennis said there was no time like the present."
Details of their track are yet to be confirmed.
