Gibson stalker gets three years inside

A judge sentenced Zack Sinclair, a 35-year-old vagrant, to spend at least three years in state prison. Sinclair was arrested in September 2004, after he was spotted repeatedly hanging around outside the megastar’s home in Malibu, California.
Gibson did not make an appearance in the courtroom when the man was convicted a single stalking felony count in March 2005.
