George Michael cancels Australian tour

Pop star George Michael has cancelled his shows in Australia.

The singer has said that he was wrong to think he could work through the "major anxiety" that appears to have plagued him since he battled pneumonia.

The 49-year-old was due to take his Symphonica tour down under in November and December.
