Elliot moves to soundtracks
01/02/2006 - 19:13:56Rapper Missy Elliot is turning her attention to film soundtracks after agreeing to work on new Disney/Touchstone Pictures movie Stick It.
The My People star agreed to produce the soundtrack after Disney bosses approached her about featuring her song We Run This in the film - and she is relishing the challenge.
She says: "I've always wondered what scoring a film would be like, and this fell into my lap at a great time.
"I've been doing the artist thing for so long that you get to the point where you want to venture into other projects."
