Corrie star announces first pregnancy
Coronation Street's Jennie McAlpine is pregnant.
The 30-year-old actress - who plays Fiz Stape in the ITV soap - is expecting her first child with restaurant manager Chris Farr.
Jennie shared the happy news on Twitter earlier today, writing: "We have some news to share. Chris and I are expecting an addition to our family. Very happy x (sic)"
Many of Jennie's 'Corrie' co-stars shared in her baby joy, with departing star Michelle Keegan - who plays Tina McIntyre - leading the well wishes.

Jennie has been dating Chris since 2005 and the couple even opened a restaurant together in 2012.
The fiery-haired actress has been at the centre of a dramatic plot in 'Corrie' as Fiz and Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) recently discovered that Maria Connor (Samia Ghadie) is the person behind a series of malicious texts, which they feared were from Tyrone's abusive ex Kirsty Soames.
