Barlow to hook up with Spandau Ballet

Take That star Gary Barlow has given Spandau Ballet's comeback plans a boost - he has agreed to write new material for the reformed 80s hitmakers.

Spandau Ballet singer Tony Hadley has revealed plans to collaborate with Take That's frontman on MSN.com.

He said: "I'm hoping to start writing with Gary after the Spandau shows and we've started talking about it. I love Gary, he's great."
