Adele 'seeing hypnotherapist'
Adele is reportedly seeing a hypnotherapist to cure her stage fright.
The chart-topping singer is preparing for her first performance at the Oscar awards ceremony since giving birth to her son, where she will sing the theme tune to the latest James Bond movie 'Skyfall' during a special section dedicated to the franchise.
The 24-year-old star won a Golden Globe award for Best Original Song for the track earlier this year and she is said to be eager to seek professional help and finally conquer her nerves.
A source said: "A friend in LA recommended the hypnotherapist because Adele was getting so nervous about the gig.
"She has been rehearsing for the show with an orchestra, but all the preparation in the world isn't enough to keep her calm."
The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer is well-known for having crippling nerves before her live performances and she has previously said she could never perform in arenas due to her fear.
The source added to The Sun newspaper: "She was so nervous before last year's Grammys that she was sick before going on stage. She doesn't want a repeat of that."
The Oscars 2013 will take place on February 24.
