And don't underestimate the social aspect of this house either.

You need a college degree to live in this Dublin house

This double bedroom is currently up for rent on Daft for €455 a month. There's a games room with a ping-pong table (sweet!), a barbecue in the garden (fancy) and 'ample car and bike parking' (handy).

Sounds reasonable enough right? For Dublin anyway.

Daft

But , of course there's a catch.

You have to have a college degree to be considered:

"Third level qualification is required as the existing house mates are all either professionals or post graduate students."

Hmm. Not cool, man.

Daft

And even though it states only one person is currently living on the property, it also says that "the social aspect of this house cannot be underestimated with Irish, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Finnish, Slovakian and Chinese nationals all enjoying their youth at the property".

Whatever that means.
