After more than 30 years, an American woman has taken to social media to find her biological family.
Tana Lea, who is 36 and lives in San Francisco with her husband and two kids, has always known that she was adopted shortly after her birth.
Born in Texas, Tana told a news station there, khou.com: "Pretty much my whole life I've always known I was adopted. I've always kind of felt like the odd man out. I didn't look like anybody and I've just always been curious."
She knows she has two older sisters and her birth certificate says she also has a twin brother born to her Hispanic mother and her white father.
After getting only basic information in a letter from the adoption agency (below), she's turned to Facebook to find the missing pieces.
"I don't want to wait any longer," she said. "I'm ready to take a step be courageous and I don't want to waste this life."
