What is moving inside this bin bag?
Last week Malissa Sergent Lewis spotted a bin bag on the road.
She noticed that the bag was moving and immediately stopped to investigate.
Video that Lewis captured on her phone shows the bag moving, something was clearly alive inside.
After exiting her car, Lewis discovered that there was a puppy trapped in the bag.
Lewis has been working with authorities investigating the case, but for now this pup has a safe home with her.
What a lucky escape.
