A baby orphan koala is being nursed back to health at the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital after his mom was hit by a car and killed.
The nine-month-old koala, called Shayne, is one of over 100 koalas in the care of the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital, which is Australia's largest koala treatment facility.
From August to February is known as 'koala trauma season' as the little bears are more active due to the warmer weather and sustain more injuries from accidents.
This little bear looks very happy to be at the centre, clutching to his teddy bear and cuddling his carer, who is giving him a pet.
Awh...
Now we all want a pet koala bear!
