Police in Essex, England, were part of a happy reunion earlier this month when they brought a missing pug name Lola back to her owner - after the dog had been stolen.
Police investigating burglaries searched a house in Harlow, arresting two men and a woman in the process - and discovering a pug in the house.
Police said the woman was released without charge as there was "insufficient evidence" to prove any theft of the animal - but were able to reunite Lola with her owner, Kate Witham, nonetheless - and captured it on video.
“I had been so worried about Lola since she went missing so when I got the call from the police I was over the moon. As soon as I saw her, her little tail went into overdrive and I instantly knew it was her. I am just so happy to have her back,” Harlow said.
