Two men are due in court in Britain accused of eating two goldfish alive.
Jack Blowers, 20, and Joseph Meikle, 20, both from Lowestoft, Suffolk, have been charged over the incident by the RSPCA.
They will appear at Lowestoft Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
Both are accused of failing to protect the goldfish from suffering and injury by swallowing them live, then regurgitating them and failing to provide a suitable environment.
The offences are under Britain's Animal Welfare Act.
