People have taken to Twitter to show their support for mental health sufferers on World Mental Health day.
The day is designed to raise awareness and support for mental health sufferers by highlighting the struggle people with mental health difficulties go through on a daily basis.
The hashtag Worldmentalhealthday is trending worldwide on Twitter and it's nice to see all the support out there for people with mental health difficulties.
All those keyboard warriers out there have showed their soft and sensitive side by reaching out to all those people who struggle with their mental health.
