The film was written and directed by 12-year-old Jonah Maxwell - whose family moved from Dublin to Chicago five years ago.
Schools in Brazil, Austrailia and Ireland have shown the video in their schools.
The six-minute video deals with modern bullying that can take place across social media channels as well as face to face.
It also focuses on what you can do to help others who may be struggling with bullying.
The piece is full of first person accounts in order to help people have empathy with victims of bullying.
