Forget grand gestures and diamonds - this is what women really want.
The Love What Matters Facebook page shared this very sweet photo of an elderly couple by Hannah Nicole Kent in the cosmetics aisle of a supermarket.
It seems the lady was stressing out over what colour foundation to choose (BEEN THERE. Why is it so hard?) and instead of leaving her to it, her husband patiently went through them with her until they found the perfect one.
Just look at them.
From the Facebook post, which has been shared over 280,000 times:
"This husband was helping his wife choose a make-up that matched her skin tone. She was so concerned about finding the right one and he was so unbelievably helpful. She was having a "girl" moment, in a panic struggling to find the right one.
"He calmed her down, helped her find her color and kissed her on the forehead. It was such a simple way to show how big his love was for her. A perfect reminder that our bodies grow old but our love doesn't have to."
If that's isn't true love, then we don't know what is.
