This is the strangest break-up text you'll ever read

If you are feeling anyway bad about your love life, read this bizarre break-up text as a reminder that, sometimes, you're just better off single.

Last week, Amy Nelmes posted this screen-grab of a text her friend received from a guy informing her that he was breaking up with her after seven weeks of dating.

The tweet has since gone viral with over 15,000 retweets.

Just… wow.

We wonder just how many women out there would actually live up to his very high standards - as well as being nice to his cat.

And if that wasn't enough, Amy then treated everyone to the end of the message and the cringe-y, patronising way he signed off.

Well. Shot.
