Scottish dad, John Tierney, set the record straight with his little one during a heart to heart recently and his blatant honesty regarding the threat of his little girl’s future boyfriends has struck a chord with young parents across the Twittersphere.
Daughter Grace was given the old boyfriend warning a tad early by her 37-year-old dad who decided to get the taboo conversation out in the open after Grace waved at two boys who walked past the car.
John told Metro.co.uk that he jokingly told his daughter to stop waving at the boys because they were smelly and she responded by telling her dad she wanted a boyfriend.
After a mild heart-attack John got his phone out and recorded his conversation with his daughter regarding prospective suitors…
Something tells us this conversation is not over and John has a hardy battle on his hands if Grace’s adamant four-year-old self is anything to go by!
