Every couple of weeks it seems there is a new craze transforming foodies into drooling distracted hanger demons and this is no exception.
Rainbow bagels are the new cronuts and they are the hippest snack in town at the moment.
Created by Scott Rossillo in Brooklyn, the bagels are made with neon dough and are all the colours of the rainbow.
We can’t tell you what these curious looking snacks taste like as they are a Brooklyn based heaven food, but we can tell you how they are made and it looks like a serious amount of fun.
Business Insider recently took a look at the gruelling work that goes into making these rainbow bagels and it isn’t easy.
First a neon colour is added to a batch of dough and it is shapped into moulds.

Then it is cut into strips.

They even have their own unique cream cheese spread that looks delicious.

One thing is sure, their hard work is paying off.
