Ordering fast food is usually fairly straightforward: you slowly and loudly call out your food, repeat yourself, and both sides act like the other has hearing difficulties.
Or, of course, you could do what this New York prankster did - and place an order that's just a little bit more complicated.
Fair play to the guy behind the counter, who pushes buttons on the till as if he has any idea what's going on.
Since being posted to Facebook yesterday morning, it's been shared 600,000 times, and the YouTube version of the prank has clocked up more than one million views since the weekend.
In case you missed it (and we wouldn't blame you), that's a perfectly rapped order of: two big macs, two apple pies, sprite, fries, a McDouble, a McChicken with hot sauce, a McRib, a hash brown (if it isn't lunch yet), chicken nuggets, a bundt cake and two parfait, a McCafe latte, a couple hundred large shamrock shakes, Poweraide, Hi-C, a Ranch snack wrap, a cheeseburger, two McFlurrys (one M&M, one Oreo), everything on the dollar menu, a burger with jalapenos, a snack wrap with duck sauce, and flapjacks.
Which we assume means he's buying food for all his buddies on the YouTube channel's production team.
In fairness, the staff seem to be completely on board with this attempt to cheer up their day. Except for the manager peeking out from the back. He's not happy at all.
