What kind of diet does it take to keep an Olympic athlete in top condition?
Ahead of the Beijing Olympics in 2008, the most successfully Olympian of all time, swimmer Michael Phelps was said to be eating a whopping 12,000 calories a day - featuring among other things, French toast, pancakes, loads of eggs and a pound of pasta.
Of course, others have less extreme diets but if, somehow, you are eating like an Olympian, we hope you're putting in similiar hours in training.
And, no watching the events from the couch doesn't count.
