Pat Shortt had a cuppa tae and some hang sangiches on the Late Late

Did you catch the Late Late last night? The guest list was pretty impressive, with Robbie Keane, Hozier, and Take That among the guests.

But let's face it, Irish comedian Pat Shortt stole the show with his demand for tae and sangiches.

Not only did he demand a pot of tea and a plate of sandwiches as part of his rider (the list of demands from a performer ahead of their show) - but he had no bother tucking in on the telly.

All that follows a bang-on-money chat about Irish funerals and their core place in society.

Never change, Pat.
