Is this the worst customer service letter ever?

Dear [SPECIFIC EMPLOYEE]. You suck.

Is this the worst customer service letter ever?

A bad experience is one thing. But when it's so bad you feel the need to complain, you don't expect to get this kind of response from customer services.

United Airlines is getting lots of free publicity - all of it bad - this week after a user on Reddit posted their standard form reply to a complaint - except they forgot to fill in the blanks.

"Your comments regarding [SPECIFIC EVENT] will be used for coaching and training our employees … enclosed is [SPECIFIC ITEM]," the letter reads.

"[CUSTOMER NAME], I ask that you allow us another opportunity to serve you."

Well hot damn, don't you feel valued now?
