Oddly entertaining.

Irish couple run screaming through plague of locusts for no reason

Richard Murphy and his girlfriend were driving through Kefalonia, an island off the west coast of Greece, when they came across a plague of locusts.

So, being a pair of nutters, they dared each other to run through the swarm - and switched on the camera. Screams aplenty.

It's genuinely entertaining. Promise.

Locusts are members of the grasshopper family, and are not, generally speaking, dangerous to humans. Their fearsome reputation comes mainly from their voracious appetite for crops that can destroy a farmer's livelihood.

Then again, house spiders aren't dangerous either, and people are never too keen to run through several hundred of them.

Hat-tip to the Daily Edge, who were sent the video by Richard.
