Ireland’s favourite Christmas dinner guest has been revealed and it’s not who you might think.
Liam Neeson won it out taking almost a quarter (23%) of the vote.
The Taken actor was closely followed by Golden Globe nominee Saoirse Ronan at 15%, UFC Champ Conor McGregor at 14% whilst 10% voted to dine with our Taoiseach, Leo Varadkar.
President Donald Trump topped the poll for the person most people would least like to share Christmas with at 41%, with Kim Kardashian West getting 24% of the vote.
The survey, carried out by Tesco mobile Ireland also found that just 60% of people think spending time with family is the best thing about Christmas.
12% of respondents opted for festive food, 13% voted for time off work and 15% enjoyed Christmas festivities and decorations the most.
The survey highlighted that the best thing about technology at Christmas is sharing FaceTime with loved ones that live abroad (37%) as well as sharing Christmas experiences through social media (15%).
Speaking about the results, a spokesperson from Tesco Mobile Ireland said: “Christmas is such a special time of year and it’s fantastic to see how technology can help people share time with loved ones living abroad at this time of year."
