Some poor unfortunate purchaser at Dunnes Stores is probably not having a good morning.
Fans up and down the county were distraught to find out Garth Brooks had cancelled all five of his concerts in Dublin, leaving many out-of-pocket – until refund procedures are announced.
But at least none of us ordered enough merchandise to fuel the entire country's obsession.
Wexford Tweeter Pádraig Holmes spotted this fine collection of "Team Garth" t-shirts with matching stetsons:
Hey dunnes stores, stop trying to make #Garth happen pic.twitter.com/GSsVdK1xbC

Basically, that's a whole lotta Garth to sell, headed to a bargain bin near you. It's like they're screaming
.It sure seemed like a good idea, and in fairness, that was a quick turnaround. And we're
sure they didn't pay Brooks any expensive merchandising fees. That could be any Garth, sure.
