Dublin Coldplay fan finds handwritten Chris Martin lyrics in Dundrum library
A young Dublin Coldplay fan has turned super-sleuth to find a sheet with some of the band’s handwritten lyrics in Dundrum library.
Coldplay are releasing their new album. Ghost Stories, on May 19, and challenged fans to find lyrics to all nine songs handwritten by Chris Martin hidden in ghost stories in libraries all over the world.
Colma Ni Bhriain beat all other fans to discover the lyrcis to Midnight hidden in Camelia Funke's Ghosthunters and the Bloodthirsty Baroness in Dundrum library.

An excited Colma tweeted the band after her successful hunt:

The band announced their plan for the worldwide lyrics hunt on their website, where they’ve also posted updates as lyrics are found.
This morning, they’ve verified and credited Colma’s find, saying “#8 MIDNIGHT found by Colma at Dundrum Library, Dublin in Camelia Funke's Ghosthunters and the Bloodthirsty Baroness.”
Dundrum library spokeswoman Susan Lynch said: "(This was) a wonderful idea by Coldplay...to involve libraries in a worldwide hunt for these much-coveted handwritten lyrics.
"We have no idea who or when the lyrics were planted in Dundrum library, which adds to the mystery!"
Colma is a registered user of the Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown group of eight libraries, and mostly uses Dalkey library.
As part of the stunt, clues to the exact locations of the lyrics were posted to the band’s Twitter account - twitter.com/coldplay - using the hashtag #lyricshunt.

One of the hidden Coldplay envelopes also contains a special Golden Ticket, giving the finder (and a guest) a free trip to London to see Coldplay perform at the Royal Albert Hall on 1 July. Unfortunately, Colma didn't get the golden ticket. Boo!
